Your own AI ad manager for Facebook & Instagram ads

GoAskVivi AI Ad Assistant helps small brands in Taiwan and Hong Kong run their Facebook and Instagram ads without hiring an agency. It reads your ad results every day, explains what is working, and suggests what to do next. Nothing changes in your ad account until you confirm it.

What it does

  • Daily report – spend, clicks, add-to-carts and purchases for each campaign and ad, in plain language.
  • Clear suggestions – for example: pause an ad that keeps spending without sales, move budget to the ads that sell, or refresh images that people have seen too often.
  • Ad image ideas – new ad image and copy proposals based on what already works for your brand.
  • You stay in control – every change (budget, pausing or launching an ad) is only applied after you approve it.

How to connect

  1. Click “Connect with Facebook” on our app and log in with your own Facebook account.
  2. Choose the ad account you want the AI Ad Assistant to work on, and allow access.
  3. That’s it. Your ad account, Page, pixel and payment method stay in your own Facebook business account.

How we use your data

  • We only access the ad accounts you choose, and only to provide reports and suggestions to you and to apply changes you approve.
  • Ad spend is paid directly by you to Meta. We never handle your ad budget.
  • We do not sell, rent or share your data with other businesses.
  • To improve our suggestions, we may keep anonymous, aggregated statistics (for example, “small audience + high budget → results drop after a week”). These never include your brand name, customer information or ad images.

Disconnect and data deletion

You can disconnect at any time: remove “GoAskVivi” from your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations), or email us. After you disconnect, we delete the data we collected from your ad account within 30 days, except anonymous aggregated statistics that cannot identify you. To request deletion, email vivi@goaskvivi.com with the subject “Data deletion”.

Results

The AI Ad Assistant helps you save time and avoid common mistakes, but it cannot guarantee sales or a specific return on ad spend. Results also depend on your product, price and offer.

  2. 選擇要交給 AI 廣告投手的廣告帳號，按允許。
  3. 完成。廣告帳號、粉專、像素和付款方式都留在你自己的企業後台。

我們怎麼使用你的資料

  • 只讀取你選擇的廣告帳號，只用來提供報告、建議，以及執行你同意的調整。
  • 廣告費由你直接支付給 Meta，我們不經手你的廣告預算。
  • 我們不會出售、出租，或把你的資料分享給其他商家。
  • 為了讓建議更準，我們可能保留去識別的統計（例如「受眾小＋預算高 → 一週後成效下滑」），不包含品牌名稱、顧客資料或廣告素材。

取消連接與刪除資料

你可以隨時取消連接：在 Facebook「設定和隱私 → 設定 → 商業整合」移除 GoAskVivi，或寫信給我們。取消連接後，我們會在 30 天內刪除從你廣告帳號取得的資料，但不包含無法辨識你的去識別統計。要求刪除資料請寄信至 vivi@goaskvivi.com，主旨寫「刪除資料」。

關於成效

AI 廣告投手幫你省時間、少踩坑，但無法保證銷售或特定的廣告投報率。成效也取決於你的產品、價格和優惠。
